Become a Fellow

Bring your leadership into a two-year teaching and leadership journey in a public school. Selection will seek values-driven candidates with resilience, communication, cultural responsiveness, growth mindset and commitment to service.

Public value, learner dignity and transparent stewardship.

Partnerships are shaped around educational need. Schools are selected through Government agreement; Fellows are recruited openly on merit; funds are ring-fenced and transparently reported; safeguarding is non-negotiable; and the organisation retains its non-political independence.
